The Pastor Renewal Center targets existing pastors contemplating their current situation, those in a transition or contemplating a transition. It offers assessment, coaching, development planning, career planning, personal direction, spiritual renewal, refreshment, and strengthening for pastors and their spouses.
The Center provides a confidential setting to get honest feedback and insight. It helps assess emotional health using assessment instruments such as the Enrich process (for married couples), Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis, Emotional Quotient-Inventor, StrengthsFinder, Personal Insights Profile, and a Spiritual Assessment. It helps answer questions such as: Where am I a good fit? What is burn-out in the ministry? What are my passions? Is it time to leave my current ministry for something else? The Center helps pastors hear the truth and gain insight about themselves to create a life map complete with a personal development plan, career plan and action steps.
The Center helps pastors facing difficult transitions, disillusionment, discouragement and spiritual aloneness. It helps navigate during a turbulent time due to a variety of causes.
The Center is staffed with carefully selected experts, spiritual leaders, counselors, and life coaches.
