The FLD "DISTRICTS" Student Ministry Conference exists to: - Create a thirst for the Savior - Jesus Christ
- Connect and develop positive and God honoring relationships
- Challenge students to grow in their faith
- Cultivate a desire to serve God using their Spiritual Gifts
|  |  | Strategy and Goals These goals will be achieved in this annual weekend "GROWTH LEVEL" Conference that has three main goals:  - Large Group -
- Provide Prime Times where:
- Students are challenged to make commitments to a deeper walk with the Savior, JESUS!!
- An environment exists where students can worship God
- Students lead peers in prayer and testimony time
- A speaker teaches and challenges from the Word of God
- Small Group -
- Encourage interactions with other students by providing:
- Small group breakouts within youth groups with adult leaders
- Various Saturday afternoon options
- Personal Application -
- Invite students to use their God given spiritual giftedness and provide opportunities for them to serve God through:
- Student Center
- Prayer times (Pre-rally, Prime Time & Individual)
- Seminars
- Service Projects
