Vision :
We envision a movement of Spirit-filled churches that are:

Involved in extending God's Kingdom through church planting |

Identifying tomorrow's leaders while they're in junior high school |
Mission :
We exist to strengthen our member churches so that
together we may multiply healthy churches among all
people. (Acts 15:41)
Philosophy of the FLD:(at the district level)
We will:
A. Evaluate all that we do in terms of its effectiveness in accomplishing our mission.
B. Be proactive in approach.
C. Strive for excellence.
D. Be flexible in attitude
E. Focus on disciplemaking evangelism, not just evangelism.
F. Promote a bond of love and mutual commitment to mission in churches and church plants.
G. Provide training to equip people to accomplish the tasks needed in fulfilling our mission.
H. Build in accountability in church plants, adoptive churches and pastors.
I. Cultivate mentoring relationships.
J. Function as a team whenever possible, encompassing a local, district, national and international scope of Kingdom ministry.
K. Cultivate ministry specialists to be unleashed for district ministry.
